Hiring: Project Manager (Hybrid) at Chocolate City Group
Location: Lagos
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in project management roles.
- Proven experience managing construction or refurbishment projects for universities, schools, or training centers in Nigeria.
- Strong familiarity with Nigerian building regulations and government tendering protocols.
- Experience working with government agencies, donors, or private-sector investors is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
